The following applies to the LG OLED C9, CX, and C1 HDTV's

Order a service remote from Amazon. Search for "MKJ39170828" on Amazon.
To enter service menu:
- Hit "in start" on the remote
- Code is 0413
- Make changes
- Hit "exit"

These are the settings that should be changed when the TV is first powered on.

Settings --> Support --> OLED Care --> Device Self Care --> Energy Setting --> Off
