Long run construction operations in the luxury segment of Qatar
Top high end construction service provider DAMAC Properties has granted five key building contracts worth a joint AED 1.2 bn at this point this year.
Symbols of the developer’s firm belief in the Dubai property marketplace, DAMAC Properties has appointed several contractors for additional work on its two high-class crown jewel projects, AKOYA Oxygen and AKOYA by DAMAC in addition to significant operation offers on a few of its serviced resort apartment designs, Privé by DAMAC, Celestia and Vantage. All of the deals have been awarded over the last month.

DAMAC Properties has awarded Ghantoot the construction deal for the very first nine hundred and eighty-one luxury villas at its new 55,000,000 square feet master expansion, AKOYA Oxygen, while SEIDCO has earned the main contract to create Privé by DAMAC, a dual-tower luxury hotel residences project overlooking the canal in the Enterprise Quay space in Dubai. Civilco is going to be the key service provider of Celestia, a high class lodge housing venture the hub of Al Maktoum International Airport and Expo 2020 and Reem Capital will develop DAMAC Properties' luxury resort condominium project, Vantage, in Jumeirah Village.
